why it happens that you know that u will get hurt even then you keep going that path and ultimately get hurt.
The only answer I can come with is you are a fool. Why go to the way where you know only pain can be your friend. But it's not always logical or rational we can think,Sometimes Always emotions come in between and screw your life up instead of helping you.
I can clearly recall an incident where a friend used to like a girl in my office. I showed him some team outing pics and he went flat over her. I set up a meeting for them, they met. It was all going nice till one week then the girl said, see I think you should know about it since we belong to different religions there is no chance of us getting together, I think of you as a friend and please don't ever think of me of anything else than that. The boy said yes on her face but behind he was knitting plans to propose her. He discarded his plans and thought let's be only friends since she is a nice bubbly girl I have nothing to lose by being a friend.
She again said the same thing after few days "since we belong to different religions there is no chance of us getting together, I think of you as a friend and please don't ever think of me of anything else than that". The boy told her, there is nothing like that and if you have got a hint from the way I talk or treat you, I am sorry I never meant it and it's pretty clear from my side, we are friends.
They met, went out together, saw a movie everything was going smooth. The girl knowingly or unknowingly again said the same thing to the boy. The boy this time got irritated. He said when I have told you clearly that I have none of those intentions they why you always keep poking me with the same rant.
The girl went silent as the boy's pitch was a little high. She got a little scared as she has not seen him in this avatar before. This time boy decided that he is better off alone and will not be with the girl to increase her insecurity.
I was watching both of them going through the pain as I understood both of them liked each other up to an extent but none of them was ready to take the next step.
The pain is inevitable in such cases and we prepare ourselves enough not to get hurt, but as I said in title we are getting "All set, Get ready to get HURT in 3 2 1"
